My protein bar haul! Aren’t they pretty?
I’ve been wary of getting these for a while since they can be so high in sugar (especially Clif bars!) but I figure everything is fine in moderation. I won’t have one every day, and they probably will be good fuel before a workout! And a great alternative if I feel a binge coming on too. Super excited to try them :)
Who says exercising can’t be fun? Try out this marathon called the Color Run. You basically run a 5k and at each “K” that you accomplish, someone will be there to splash you with color! It’s participating in over 20 cities so go on their website and check it out!
