Breakfast (in bed): toasted wheat bagel thin with peanut butter & banana slices and a miniature clementine
Classic, simple, and delicious. Oh peanut butter toast, it’s been too long.
I’m laying in bed right now trying to figure out what kind of workout I want today — it’s between a hot vinyasa class at 12 or staying home for some crazy HIIT and elliptical action. In fact, if it weren’t for the list of papers I have to write today, I’d probably try to do both.

Make a total transformation both physically and mentally. It’s the DRIVE, the FOCUS, the DETERMINATION and HEART- the key to a better body and wanted to eat better- is doing it! EACH AND EVERYDAY and let’s NOTHING in her way… No holiday, no cafeteria, no school and certainly no family member.
