where you just feel like giving up. You’re tired, you’re exhausted, and you’re worn out. You tell yourself that you should get a day off from your training. You want to splurge and treat yourself to something tasty. After all, you worked hard for it, so why not? We’ve all been there. But you can’t do that. You can’t give in to temptation. You know you worked so hard for this, and to take a day off means to accept defeat. And that is just not acceptable. When you feel like giving up, look up to the sky and remind yourself why you keep training. Is it to be fit? Is it to lose weight? Whatever it is, remember that you trained this hard for a reason. Don’t throw it all away. You can do this. Make your training count.
